10x Zymogram Renaturation Buffer, 125 ml #1610765

Use 10x Zymogram Renaturation Buffer to renature proteins in zymogram gels after electrophoresis, by replacing the SDS with Triton-X100. After renaturation, use 10x Zymogram Development Buffer to initiate enzyme activity.
