Dynamic Protein Binding

A 100 ml sample (3 mg/ml) of BSA was run on a 1 x 10 cm (8.0 ml) column at the indicated flow rates. The buffer was 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.3. Elution was with 1.0 M NaCl.

Data for Macro-Prep High Q support was generated on a 14 cm (ID) X 17.4 cm (H) Amicon Moduline glass column with 1/4" plumbing. A Cole-Parmer Masterflex pump, size 18 neoprene tubing, Easy-Load pumphead was used. The eluent was water.
