Liquichek Cardiac Markers Plus Control LT is an assayed, liquid, human serum-based, multi-analyte control designed to monitor precision at lower Troponin values for high-sensitivity Troponin assays. This comprehensive cardiac assessment control offers a variety of Troponin levels (1, 1A, 1B, 1C) to monitor assay precision around the clinically significant 99th percentile upper reference limit (URL) and includes values for BNP, CK, CK-MB, CRP, Digitoxin, Myoglobin and NT-proBNP. The low level offers lower target values for all analytes.

This control is available in two configurations, a standard vial and a compact vial with barcode. The compact vial is compatible with applicable automated platforms such as the Siemens Dimension Vista and Abbott Alinity, while the 2D barcode allows for quick and easy QC setup.

Liquichek Cardiac Markers Plus Control LT provides options to monitor a wide range of assays across the AMR as well as offers analytes that are assayed for multiple systems.

Application & Use

This product should be treated the same as patient specimens and used in accordance with the instructions accompanying the instrument, kit or reagent.

Allow the frozen product to thaw at room temperature (18°C to 25°C) for approximately 30 minutes or until completely thawed prior to use. Gently swirl the vial several times to ensure homogeneity. After each use promptly replace the stopper and return to 2-8°C storage.

If the product has been stored refrigerated, allow it to reach room temperature (18°C to 25°C) before use. Before sampling, gently swirl the vial several times to ensure homogeneity.
To prepare aliquot samples, allow the control vial to thaw as described above. Gently swirl the vial several times to ensure homogeneity, then dispense the control material into aliquot vials and store at -20°C to -70°C. If sampling aliquot, use it only once. Discard the remaining material.
