Overview

Gene Pulser electroporation buffer is formulated to improve electroporation by minimizing cell mortality while ensuring highly efficient delivery of nucleic acids. This universal buffer is an excellent tool for electroporating mammalian cells, including primary cells and difficult-to-transfect cells.

Key Features

  • Works with most electroporators, including the Gene Pulser MXcell, Gene Pulser Xcell, and Gene Pulser II electroporation systems
  • Delivers siRNA, DNA, and other biomolecules into primary cells and difficult-to-transfect cell lines
  • Improves efficiency of transfection and maintains cell viability after electroporation
  • Can be used for transfection in single cuvettes or in multiwell electroporation plates
