ChromLab software is the integrated software package for the NGC™ chromatography system. It controls all functions for laboratory-scale protein purification including instrument setup and calibration, method development, real-time monitoring and system control, chromatogram comparison, and peak analysis.

Graphical instrument control

ChromLab software instrument controls are designed around a novel fluidic scheme interface, which is customizable to the exact hardware configuration. During manual data acquisition, each component of the fluidic scheme can be controlled, providing the flexibility to edit on the fly and optimize purification conditions. In both manual and automated method-based runs, the software highlights the real-time fluidic path and module device status to ensure accuracy.

The instrument control interface is also touch screen optimized, allowing the same level of flexibility without the need for a computer adjacent to the system while minimizing the total footprint.

Streamlined method development

ChromLab software includes templates of common chromatography for maximum versatility. Select from our column database and the software will automatically adjust flow rate and pressure parameters optimal for that column to prevent damage to columns.

Methods are created based on functional phases. Grouping parameters into intuitive phases puts the focus on your separations instead of hardware controls. The interactive gradient graph enables visualization of the protocol and quick click-and-drag adjustments to the experiment.
