Description

Bio-Rad’s Anti-Tissue Transglutaminase (tTg) EIA kits are intended for the semi-quantitative and qualitative determination of IgA or IgG antibodies to tissue transglutaminase (tTg) in human serum. Tissue transglutaminase (tTg) is a ubiquitous enzyme that catalyzes the cross-linking of proteins. It is also the specific protein identified by the endomysial antibody immunofluorescence (EMA) tests.

Bio-Rad’s new generation of anti-tTg IgA and IgG serologic tests are highly sensitive and specific for the early diagnosis of celiac disease. All assays are automation-friendly, with common protocols and reagents, color-coded breakaway wells and qualitative and quantitative result interpretations.
