This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
Real-time PCR probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
PrimePCR™ PreAmp for Probe Assay: Cartpt, Mouse
PrimePCR™ Template for Probe Assay: Cartpt, Mouse
This gene encodes a preproprotein that is processed into multiple biologically active small secreted peptides. Expression of this gene is regulated by cocaine and other drugs and is associated with feeding/appetite and stress response. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed encoding different protein isoforms each of which are subsequently processed into CART I and CART II mature peptides.
