This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
Real-time PCR probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.

This gene encodes a phosphoinositide binding protein containing ARF-GAP RHO-GAP RAS-associating and pleckstrin homology domains. The ARF-GAP and RHO-GAP domains cooperate in mediating rearrangements in the cell cytoskeleton and cell shape. It is a specific PtdIns(345)P3/PtdIns(34)P2-stimulated Arf6-GAP protein. An alternatively spliced transcript has been found for this gene but its biological validity has not been determined. [provided by RefSeq Sep 2008]
