This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for mutation detection. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: 78nt amplicon; crosses exon-intron junction; in silico
Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase is composed of an 85 kDa regulatory subunit and a 110 kDa catalytic subunit. The protein encoded by this gene represents the catalytic subunit which uses ATP to phosphorylate PtdIns PtdIns4P and PtdIns(45)P2. This gene has been found to be oncogenic and has been implicated in cervical cancers. [provided by RefSeq Jul 2008]
