This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: HEX; Same primer pair and probe as used in qPCR assay qHsaCEP0025650; Exonic
This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain which is a phosphoinositide binding domain and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region like some family members but contains a B41 domain. This protein interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of P-selectin and may function in the intracellular trafficking of P-selectin. [provided by RefSeq Jul 2008]
