This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: FAM; Same primer pair and probe as used in qPCR assay qHsaCIP0027751; Intron-spanning
The tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domain is defined by a degenerate consensus sequence of 34 amino acids. TPR domain-containing proteins such as TTC7A have diverse functions in cell cycle control protein transport phosphate turnover and protein trafficking or secretion and they can act as chaperones or scaffolding proteins (White et al. 2005 [PubMed 15718100]).[supplied by OMIM Mar 2008]
