This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: HEX; Same primer pair and probe as used in qPCR assay qHsaCEP0053487; exonic
The protein encoded by this gene is a soluble class II cytokine receptor. This protein has been shown to specifically bind to interleukin 22 (IL22) block the interaction of IL22 with its cell surface receptor and thus inhibit IL22 activity. This protein functions as an IL22 antagonist and may be important in the regulation of inflammatory response. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq Jul 2008]
