This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: HEX; Same primer pair and probe as used in qPCR assay qHsaCEP0052297; exonic
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptors can interact with various TRAF family proteins through which this receptor induces the activation of NF-kappa B and MAPK8/JNK. This receptor and its ligand are important regulators of the interaction between T cells and dendritic cells. This receptor is also an essential mediator for osteoclast and lymph node development. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this receptor directly mediates the osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL)-induced osteoclastogenesis in osteoclast precursor cells. [provided by RefSeq Jul 2008]
