This is the amplicon context sequence in accordance with the minimum information for the publication of real-time quantitative PCR experiements (MIQE) guidelines. For more details, please refer to the following publication, "Primer Sequence Disclosure: A Clarification of the MIQE Guidelines."
ddPCR™ probe assay designed for gene expression analysis. Probe assays consist of unlabeled PCR primers and a dual labeled fluorescent probe.
Info: HEX; Same primer pair and probe as used in qPCR assay qHsaCEP0032412; Exonic
Human thiol dioxygenases include cysteine dioxygenase (CDO; MIM 603943) and cysteamine (2-aminoethanethiol) dioxygenase (ADO; EC 184.108.40.206). CDO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteine whereas ADO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteamine to form hypotaurine (Dominy et al. 2007 [PubMed 17581819]).[supplied by OMIM Mar 2008]
