Question:

The Bio-Plex system returns a "Device has timed out", message. What should I do?


Answer:

"Device has timed out", can occur when the needle or probe cannot move to its proper location, typically due to the presence of sealing tape on the microplate, a pinched section of sample tubing, or an incorrect needle height setting.
