Use Fluoplate2 Software with MUD and MUG Microplates for data handling, analysis, and generation of reports. Analysis uses Most Probable Number (MPN) estimation of the density of E. coli or Enterococci in microplate wells, corresponding to a Poisson distribution with attached lower limit and upper limit confidence intervals.
MUD and MUG Microplates provide streamlined, miniaturized testing for E. coli and Enterococci, the two most commonly used indicators of fecal contamination, in a wide range of water sources including those high in suspended matter.
