Description

Use transparent MUD/SF Microplates for Enterococcus Testing for miniaturized testing using Most Probable Number (MPN) estimation of fecal contamination in all types of water sample including bathing, waste, and surface water. Hydrolysis of 4-methylumbelliferyl-β-D-glucoside (MUD) by the enzyme, β-D- glucosidase, present in Enterococci, is detected by UV fluorescence.
