Seraclone Anti-CDE (RH2,1,3) #802080

Use
Seraclone™ Anti-CDE (RH2,1,3) is used for checking Rh-negative determinations and thus provides an indication of the presence of antigens C and/or E.

Reagent
Seraclone™ Anti-CDE (RH2,1,3) contains a mixture of human monoclonal antibodies of immunoglobulin class IgM as its reactive component and is therefore unsuitable for the indirect antihuman globulin test. Seraclone™ Anti-CDE (RH2,1,3) is obtained from the cell culture supernatant and displays the constant specificity and reproducibility typical of monoclonal antibodies.

Properties

  • Seraclone™ Anti-CDE (RH2,1,3) can be used in slide, tile and tube tests.
  • A determination in a test tube is recommended to detect weak antigens.
  • If reactions with Seraclone™ Anti-CDE (Rh 2,1,3) prove positive as compared with a previous negative result with Anti D reagents, the Rh subgroups can be determined with suitable reagents (e.g. Seraclone™ Anti-C, Anti-c, Anti-E, Anti-e and Seraclone™ (2) Anti-C, Anti-c, Anti-E, Anti-e).
