Use this gel filtration calibration standard to determine the size and molecular weight of proteins in gel filtration chromatography.
- Contains two visible markers, vitamin B12 and myoglobin, to ensure that the column is properly packed and the sample is evenly eluted
- Can be used with most size exclusion HPLC columns
Additional chromatography standards are available for ion exchange chromatography, organic acid analysis, and carbohydrate separations.
