The ProteOn™ HTE capturing kit includes one ProteOn HTE sensor chip and one ProteOn HTG and HTE reagent kit. The ProteOn HTE sensor chip is suitable for capturing histidine-tagged proteins with an alginate matrix layer that contains tris-NTA complexes. This chip is optimal for protein–small molecule interaction analysis. Bio-Rad recommends using the ProteOn HTG and HTE reagent kit for optimal activation and regeneration of the HTE sensor chip. This reagent kit includes sufficient reagents for >80 activation and regeneration cycles.
