Description

Description

The ProteOn amine coupling kit provides the reagents required for coupling ligands that have amine groups (for example, proteins and nucleic acids) to surface carboxyl groups of ProteOn GLC, GLM, and GLH sensor chips. The innovative surface chemistry of ProteOn sensor chips, combined with the ProteOn amine coupling reagents, minimizes electrostatic and nonspecific binding effects and optimizes ligand activities and coupling capacities. An ethanolamine hydrochloride solution is also included for deactivation of the residual active sites on the sensor chip following activation.

Sufficient reagents are provided for 60 moderate activations or up to 600 light activations.
