The family of NGC medium-pressure chromatography systems offers a single laboratory chromatography solution that scales to fit your throughput requirements. Preconfigured systems are available and are easily upgradable as your throughput and automation needs change.

The NGC system’s modular design provides multiple configurations that each align with the requirements of individual scientists. The system’s small footprint design allows the instrument to be used on a lab bench, in a laboratory refrigerator, or in a coldroom.

The preconfigured NGC Quest™ 10, NGC™ Quest 10 Plus, NGC Scout™ 10, NGC™ Scout 10 Plus, and NGC Discover™ 10 systems are designed with increasing automation and throughput to serve a wide range of laboratory needs. Additionally, each system is also completely open to individual customization through the selection of applicable modules suitable to the application at hand. NGC Quest 10 and NGC Quest 10 Plus Systems

Both the NGC Quest 10 and NGC Quest 10 Plus systems are designed to suit labs with routine purification needs. The NGC Quest 10 system has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separations for any application. The NGC Quest 10 system supports automated sample injection using fixed or dynamic loops. The detection module includes an LED-based single light source for high-accuracy protein detection with simultaneous conductivity measurements. The NGC Quest 10 Plus system has a multi-wavelength detector in place of the single-wavelength detector. Detect up to four wavelengths for the high-accuracy, simultaneous detection of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids combined with conductivity measurements. Fractionated samples can be easily collected from analytical- to preparative-scale purifications using the BioFrac™ fraction collector.

NGC Scout 10 and NGC Scout 10 Plus Systems

The NGC Scout 10 system is designed for medium throughput labs. It has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separations for any application. This system may be used for creating automated buffer gradients with buffer blending for rapid scouting of purification conditions. The detection modules include an LED-based single light source for the high-accuracy detection of proteins with simultaneous conductivity measurements. The NGC Scout 10 Plus system has a multi-wavelength detector in place of the single wavelength detector. Detect up to four wavelengths for the high-accuracy, simultaneous detection of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids combined with conductivity measurements. The system also allows gradient separations at different pH values for rapid method development. Fractionated samples can easily be collected from analytical- to preparative-scale purifications using the BioFrac fraction collector.

NGC Discover 10 System

The NGC Discover 10 system is designed for higher throughput labs with automation and method development in mind. It has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separations for any application. This chromatography system may be used for method development, combining automated buffer blending with buffer inlets, a column switching valve, and a sample pump for expanded condition scouting options during the purification of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. The system also allows gradient separations at different pH values for rapid method development. The NGC Discover system has a multi-wavelength detector for the high-accuracy, simultaneous detection of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids combined with conductivity monitoring. The NGC Discover 10 system combines automated buffer blending with buffer inlet valves, sample pumps, and pH measurements for expanded scouting options. Large sample volumes may be injected with automated sample loading on up to five columns connected to the column switching valve. Fractionated samples can easily be collected from analytical- to preparative-scale purifications using the BioFrac fraction collector.
