Affi-Gel 10 and Affi-Gel 15 activated affinity media provide spontaneous, rapid, and highly efficient coupling of ligands via primary amines.

  • Affi-Gel 10 support is most efficient for coupling neutral or basic proteins with pI from 6.5 to 11
  • Affi-Gel 15 gel is recommended for coupling acidic proteins with pI <6.5

Affi-Gel 10 and 15 media offer:

  • Spontaneous coupling under aqueous or anhydrous conditions
  • Complete protein coupling within 4 hours at 4°C
  • Protein coupling capacity up to 35 mg/ml gel
