The new NGC system enables the Fraser Lab to maximize protein purification throughput in their studies of protein translation mechanisms.
BioLogic DuoFlow Systems. These are medium pressure laboratory scale chromatography systems for protein purification. These systems are modular, capable of running at high flow rates (0.05–80 ml/min) with back pressures up to 3,500 psi, with pH monitoring, buffer blending, and column scouting capabilities. It can be used in conjunction with a fraction collector for unattended operation.
The BioLogic system is a low-pressure chromatography system used for biomolecule purification. The peristaltic pump is capable of flow rates ranging from 0.05–40mL/min and a maximum backpressure of 30 psi (2 bar, 0.2 MPa). The system can be hooked up to the Model 2110 or BioFrac fraction collector and is coldroom compatible.
The unique Econo gradient pump is suited for any low-pressure protein purification system. It is the only stand-alone peristaltic pump capable of isocratic and gradient elution applications.
